Approximately 3 hours of stand up paddling to the Boulder Islands on Lake Mead.
About the Experience
A great SUP trip for all skill levels, (including those with no experience).
Your SUP instructor will cover a basic orientation before heading out in the water to get comfortable on your paddleboard. After a bit of practice near shore, you'll head out toward the Boulder Islands.
Be sure to wear a bathing suit in summer months; the water temperatures are perfect for swimming. A professional guide will be at your side to offer instruction, share stories, narrate local history, and discuss facts about construction of the Hoover Dam.
