With more than 350,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occurring in the United States annually, bystanders are the key to increasing survival rates! Through lecture, videos and hands-on practice, you will be able to respond confidently to emergency situations.

CPR, AED, and First Aid certification is a great way to improve your knowledge and gain the skills needed to save a life. Desert Adventures offers courses in pediatric, child, and adult CPR and AED, along with options for health care providers or babysitters.
​
First Aid courses teach you basic skills to handle minor emergencies until help arrives or you can get to a hospital. Classes are great for community members, professional guides, and recreationalists. (If you are interested in taking Wilderness Medicine, then CPR class is a pre-requisite).
