Ryder grew up Vegas and Boulder City. His first outdoor memory is fishing with his dad -- who he is most inspired by. He says he enjoys working for Desert Adventures because it's a nice atmosphere to be in. While kayaking or hiking, his favorite thing to do is search for animals or take in the scenery.
